Eimyrja is a villainous mercenary, and de facto leader of the Love Taps, a mercenary gang operating out of the ruins of downtown Portland. She is a former Ward (assigned to Los Angeles) who declined to join the ranks of the full Protectorate upon turning 18.
There's plenty of footage online from her hero days, showing her to be a fairly straightforward pyrokinetic, with the ability to turn what she touches to fire, and some limited Master-like control of fire in her vicinity.
