Appearance
Standing 5' 6" tall, this fair-skinned woman has a very aggressive feel about her, and she has a small bruise on her torso which resulted from a fight years before. She has a narrow face with a rounded jaw, a large nose, small ears, and very thin lips. Her brown eyes are narrow, and she has plucked eyebrows. She has long, blond hair which usually tied in a ponytail. She wears light eyeshadow and an obvious foundation. She has long arms, a narrow torso with lightly defined muscles, bony hips, and long legs.

Armor more meant to look good, doesn't provide any real protection. Arming sword she got off etsy, plastic zip ties, first aid kit.

Mentality
Is here for a good time not a long time. Pretty conflict-oriented on account of her shard. And hedonistic and while she did have a perfectly average amount of self-control before her trigger event she sees much less need for restraint now. Bit of a bully. Can be perfectly cordial with people who she has already set up a pecking order with.
Power
Lady Fisto has a Striker power that activates when she pulls on her wrist, either wrist. Her hand will detach and in its place, one of six powers will take shape over the course of five seconds. I will roll a 1d6 in bot commands. She can pull on her wrist at any time to remove the weapon and I will re-roll a d6 in bot commands. She can actively choose to deactivate her power by pulling on her wrist, removing the weapon, and willing her hand to reform. She can detach both hands but tends not to do this as it leaves her without hands to grab and manipulate objects. She can ask someone to pull her wrist and her power would activate.
Power 1: A flaming sword will pop out of her wrist. The blade is a meter long and on fire, about as hot as a campfire. That's it.
Power 2: A 6 meter long whip will pop out of her wrist.. The whip splits into three segments at the 4 meter mark. The whip is prehensile and can be used to grapple people and things. After cracking the whip it is followed up by a brief 40 mph gusts of wind hitting the spot struck by the whip.
Power 3: A large mace head forms at her wrist. When she strikes something with the Mace head she can make it explode. The explosion is powerful enough to crack multiple bones easily. If someone was struck directly in the head they would die.
Power 4: A large gauntlet in the shape of a wolf's head forms. The mouth of the gauntlet works and if it bites someone an entire dire wolf sized mechanical wolf will pop out. The mechanical wolf is as strong as a dire wolf. Lady Fisto has no control over it, but it will treat those Lady Fisto regards as enemies as enemies itself and leave allies alone. Limited to one wolf, but Lady Fisto can then use a new power. Disappears after an hour, when destroyed, or when Lady Fisto wills it.
Ppwer 5: A jackhammer comes out of her wrist. The jackhammer had two modes. Against inorganic material it will behave like a normal industrial strength jackhammer. Against organic material it will instead inject the organic material with a topical anesthetic and paralyzer. Generally getting struck in 3 spots will take someone out of the fight. Takes about 20 seconds from being injected to paralysis.
Power 6: Steal claws sprout from her wrist. The claws are sharp but regular sharp. When Lady Fisto slams her claw into the ground, sharp steel bars emerge from the ground in a 20-foot cone. The cone is 60 degrees
Fisto also has a Brute package to go along with her Striker power. She can deadlift 4,000 pounds, and her skin is equal to class 3 body armor and plate mail. She also has a slight healing factor mostly useful outside of battle to recover from fights far quicker than a normal person.
Backstory
Theresa Irving Soldati was just your average Ashton college student. Pursuing a degree in psychology at Ashton U while interning at the parahuman asylum for college credit. Unfortunately, instead of actual experience in the field of psychology, she mostly worked as a glorified receptionist. Only spending 1 out of 5 workdays learning something relevant. This all changed the day of the Asylum breakout. She was manning the desk when Guillotine showed up. She tried to hit the panic button, but he was faster. He threw several power enhanced coins at her, she tried to protect her face by putting up her arms. This protected her face, but her arms ended up horribly cut up. She triggered lying in a pool of her own blood, wounds on her arms streaming out blood in the center of the Asylum.
