fisheye (lowercase f) is a member of Devilfish:SWORDFISH. While officially based in the Devilfish:Minneapolis SAU, he spends most of his time travelling to various SWORDFISH black sites both in the US and abroad. What exactly he does inside these highly-secure facilities is unknown, even to the various Devilfish:Protectorate captains whose headquarters the sites are often located in.
