Relocated from Vegas to Denver roughly a year ago, Refraction is already known as a troublemaker and difficult to deal with. His presence often considered as overbearing and annoying, still his heart does seem to be on the right place. Always on to go to seek out trouble or help anyone who may need it. A mover/master mostly known to transform into golden beams of light, only to then re-materialize into a equally bright and golden hard-light version of himself. Besides his light-themed mover ability his master power seems much more prominent and problematic. Capable to split into multiple copies of himself, each more unhinged than his original unified self.
The public often divided on what to expect from the ward, his big mouth and notably online presence not really making it easier. Often contradicting himself trough his own duplicates, spewing out nonsense and constantly fooling around. Still Refraction loves to interact with the people, to answer questions, no matter how dumb they are and to always be available.... to help with whatever.

|power = Subject possesses a breaker state allowing him to de-materialize into light and cover wide distances in a straight line. Beams are fast, but can be followed by sight. Mover ability coupled with the subjects power to split into 20 or less duplicates. Each with the side effect of only being a fragment of the original. Unbalanced and mentally incomplete, but flexible on what part of his mind he separates.
Possesses the ability to manipulate emotions, albeit rarely used.
