Nothing yet. Maybe they heard of the incident over by the mine where several teenagers were killed in a collapse in the news, but nothing of her as a hero yet.
Physical Appearance
A teenaged girl, blonde and fairly pretty looking with shorter, wavier hair. Generally average for her age category, but overall more lithe and not very curvy. Currently has no costume due to costumed identity generally being nonexistent. Fairly fit due to having some general practice in mixed martial arts and ballet, as well as general exercise.
Mentality
Generally overall optimistic and likely to look on the happy side of things and an outgoing person, at least before the incident. Directly after the incident she is scared, afraid, and confused. She has a very love-hate relationship with her cluster mate due to their cluster mechanics as described later. Overarching effects of her trigger are yet to be seen.
Somewhat claustrophobic.

None at the moment. One out of initial scene, will likely purchase/get access to more.
Skills
General High school level education, fairly smart but not a straight-A student.
Amateur level Mixed Martial Arts.
Somewhat innate understanding of structure & properties of objects in her radius.
Shifting and warped light around the manipulated object/space.
Abilities
In a 10 foot radius around the user, they can warp and shape space around them in a similar manner to Vista. They can cause objects to expand, contract, and change shape, as well as performing some level of space warping (Like decreasing the distance in front of them and increasing it behind them to move at roughly 2x the pace they could normally, or extend their jumps and bounds significantly). Space warping is restricted to around 2x contracting/expanding. The objects she warps in effect act as their new size and shape in all respects, including durability and weight. This lets her do things like taking a steel marble and warping it into a sword. Objects retain their momentum despite these changes. The warping cannot make an object have new holes or merge to another object it was not merged to. (I.E. she can’t make a blank wall have a new door but she can make it so that a door-shaped section of that wall is thin enough to move through without issue. The change cannot also cause, say, a steel ball to turn into a seamless loop, since that would necessitate creating a hole in it or it merging with itself. It can make itself into a loop but one of the edges simply is close to another, as opposed to merged.) The effect can also warp the trajectories of moving objects within the radius, though fast moving, small objects like bullets require her full, active attention to deflect with any real success. Slower, larger projectiles like crossbow bolts can be deflected, and even redirected in a general direction, though not with precise aim. Deflecting bullets requires her to see the gun beforehand or otherwise precisely know it's location, and the warping can only be done within her 10 foot radius, so she needs to sense it with her sense (Described later) to warp it.
The effect is Manton limited, not affecting herself or other living things. It also does not affect the things others are wearing and holding, though if the object extends past 6 inches from contact, it can be freely warped. The Manton limitation does not extend to inanimate objects the user is wearing/touching, even if that object is being touched by another person (This part of the effect only works on the user’s skin contact). The user needs to concentrate to use the ability, the more concentration the better. With full concentration they can effectively warp 200 pounds of change a second, though decreasing mass is easier than other kinds of warping, by roughly 3x as much. However while doing this it requires nearly their entire concentration, and they can only be doing very basic, engrained things like walking while doing so. They can take more time to do a change for proportionately less concentration, with 1/2 the effective warping equating to being able to do things like be defending themselves in melee combat, with only a focus on defense. Changes revert upon leaving the field, though they revert at a pace equal to the length of their change, and the user can continue to focus on already changed objects to increase the time it takes for them to revert outside the field at a 1:1 rate, though this doesn’t take a lot of focus. The user can also cause any object to nigh-instantaneously revert while it is in the field. Object Warping and Space Warping cause minor distortions in light while the changes occur. Not really enough to do anything.
The warping she performs can push other objects and herself, though the warping cannot exert any force on any other object/person that is under the Manton protection. (I.E. She could form a pillar to lift herself, but not others. She can form a pillar to push herself into another person, but not one to push another person into her. She cannot warp a spike that will penetrate a person on their own, but if they happen to move into/onto the already created spike, it will hurt them.). Warped objects can be made to be sharp but there is an upper limit to that sharpness, equaling about a fairly good chef's knife, which can cut meat and the like fairly well, but requires a decent amount of force to cut bone, and will generally be ineffective against things harder than bone. Objects warped beyond certain masses are generally unwieldly to the user, the ability grants no special allowance for the user to manipulate them freely, other than perhaps using their ability to push it around, though heavy objects remain generally difficult to use in a combat-capable way.
Objects damaged while warped retain that damage in a manner consistent with the warping. (Making a wall thinner and then jumping through it, then releasing it would cause a person-sized hole through the wall). The user cannot change the densities of objects via warping, though they can do something like, say, if a metal ball is made of 2 distinct layers of metal of different densities, the user could simultaneously decrease the amount of the lighter metal while increasing the amount of the heavier metal, effectively increasing its weight without changing its volume. The user can only do this when these materials are distinctly separated within the object, not mixed together. (I.E. A layer of the lighter metal over a core of the heavier metal). The user can manipulate power-created constructs such as force-fields, but the warping is generally half as effective as similar matter transformations would be, and the changed thickness of the constructs would retain their strength as if normally sized.
She can also sense the area around her, sensing the densities and sizes of objects in her radius. She cannot sense objects she cannot affect, such as herself or other people and the things they are wearing/holding. This also gives a fairly innate sense on the effects of her changes and the structural properties of said object. (No precise numbers but she can tell if a certain change will destabilize the structure, or if her creating a pillar to push herself will cause that pillar to buckle, or if her punch will break said object.). This gives her a thinker awareness of her immediate surroundings, and this increases in clarity if she focuses on it, but can lead to thinker headaches if pushed too far. The cape has a base fairly accurate sense of 3d objects around her, but her sense of density and how her power will affect it come more through concentration, with density having a cap of around 10% accuracy. This doesn’t really help her in melee combat versus Manton protected opponents since she cannot sense them, but it does help her in doing things like deflecting projectiles since it helps her react more quickly. It would only really help her ‘Dodge’ slower moving projectiles since her body is slower than her powers, and would not give her the ability to actively deflect any fast-moving projectiles (Over a baseball’s pitch, so to say) since she would need to be anticipating those.
Grey dust flows out of her hands into a statue of an animal, animating it.
Abilities
When the cape, using their primary ability, creates a statue resembling a living thing, they can imbue it with life while it is within their main ability's radius objects that already resemble living things can also be animated this way. Minions can leave the radius, and retain their warped form unlike normal objects, but if they exit from 100 feet of the cape they immediately stop being animate and begin reverting any potential changes. When damaged, if equivalent damage would kill the animal it is based off of, it immediately stops being animated and begins unwarping if it is outside of the main ability radius. They exert strength as a creature of their type could exhibit, though with weaker materials this could result in them breaking themselves without exerting much force. They also have senses comparable to the creatures they are based off (I.E. a bloodhound having s fairly good sense of smell.
The cape can also cause them to de-animate at will. the cape also has a mental link with the creatures, and can direct them fairly accurately, though can also give them more general basic commands. The cape has a mental link with the constructs which through they can communicate and command the constructs. They can't get the senses of the construct, but they can essentially 'Talk' to it through the link. Constructs are not restricted to an individual size for an individual creature (I.E. the cape could create fist-sized elephants), but the creature's strength is comparable to that of the strength of creatures of its size. Warped constructs generally need to be made from loose objects and cannot be warped from the floor or ceiling.
For flying constructs, they need to be made from material that is comparably light to a normal flying creature of that size. For example a steel crow won't fly, but one made from a lightweight wood or Styrofoam could. Constructs are generally as intelligent as their comparable animal, to a maximum of around a child's level of intelligence, for human constructs. Construct intelligences do not disappear when the construct is destroyed, and when the cape creates constructs later, they may utilize the minds of previous comparable constructs for them. Constructs can be changed slightly from their animal counterparts, but must generally resemble the animal they come from (I.E. you could give a human construct claws or some spikes around it, but not cause its legs to turn into a horse's body or the like.)
For every '5 pounds' of construct the cape has active, they can use 1 less pound of warping per second with their main ability. Each construct rounds up their weight to the next multiple of 5 pounds for the purposes of losing use of their main ability. They also have a hard cap of 10 constructs at maximum at any time.

Warp dances back from the blow of the stone golem animated by some mad, laughing cape in the background. She darts in close enough and twirls her metal baton, extending one end 5 more feet while it’s on the upward half and warping the end so it is around 100 pounds heavier, and extending the other end so it contacts the floor, letting it fly down towards the head of the golem, crushing it with the weighty blow. The cape in the background stops laughing, seeing his creation destroyed he quickly begins concentrating, causing another one to begin forming in front of him. Warping the distance in front of her so she can begin closing in more rapidly she makes it in front of him, holding out her staff so it tips into a point at his throat to get him to stop. Her staff transforms into a metallic snake, grey dust leaking from her hands into it's grooves, animating it. It then wraps around the man, effectively restraining him. He was done. She called the cops, having them take him away.

The cape in front of her laughed as he easily phased through her blow. Giving a cocky grin he steps backwards through the brick wall, out of sight. Warp growled and ran up to the brick wall, placing her hand up against it. Over the course of around 3 seconds, a segment of it around 6 feet high and 10 feet long turned paper thin, though she had used her sense to ensure it would remain structurally stable. Leaping through the now easily broken wall, she came upon the cape she was looking for, who grinned at her and then phased through another wall with contemptuous ease. Warp sighed angrily, this was gonna be a long day.

Twirling her staff, she brought it down in an axe blow to the man. He grabbed her staff and yanked, pulling it out of her grip and making her stumble. Before she could do anything, he tossed the staff aside and grabbed her, throwing her up in the air nearly 30 feet. Realizing as she ascended that she was in for a nasty fall, she concentrated, causing her soot to expand around 3 and a half feet in all directions over the course of 3 seconds of flight. The growth was nearly all the memory foam she'd embedded in the suit, and it proved useful, turning what could have been a deadly fall into merely a staggering blow.

The charging brute was headed her way, and Warp admit, she probably panicked just a little bit. Dodging wasn't an option, not with his reach. But she had maybe 7 seconds before he got to her. A pit, it would have to do. Concentrating with her full attention, A pit began rapidly forming in the concrete in front of her. It was maybe 2 feet in diameter, and over the course of 6 seconds got 6 feet deep. Likely not enough to trap the cape, but it could maybe catch his foot. It did, and he face-slammed into the concrete. Not enough to knock him out, but enough to let Warp dance away and get on the defensive.
Backstory
Emily was a happy girl, living in devilfish. While her life wasn’t perfect, she generally had a good one with loving parents and a younger brother, and generally having a fairly easy time in school. From a young age she had attended Ballet school, and had met a friend there- Juliana (Julie for short). They quickly became the best of friends, working together in the class and overall being very close.
As Emily grew older, being the extroverted person she was, slowly her group of friends expanded. This somewhat weakened her close friendship to Julie but they remained close friends nonetheless. However, one day Julie was injured and had to keep away from the Ballet classes they shared temporarily. This caused their relationship to further weaker, and, unknown to Emily at the time, caused Julie to grow to somewhat resent Emily’s other friends for ‘Taking her away’.
One day, as teens sometimes do, they decided to visit one of the local abandoned mines. As they were about to enter, Julie seemed to notice something, and then say that she wasn’t feeling too well, and would wait outside. Shrugging it off as either reluctance or actually feeling ill, Emily and her friends went inside the tunnel without her.
All it took was for the group to make a little noise, kick some things around. The area was incredibly fragile after being abandoned, and the section of tunnel the group was in collapsed, killing the entire group but Emily. She was trapped with a small, lucky enclosure within the collapse, but a rock had fallen on her arm, fracturing it. As her claustrophobia kicked in, she began to panic. Trigger.
