Power
A fantastically powerful cape, someone that strikes fear into the heart of villains and brings Hope with the mere mention of his name. High tier brute, mover, shaker, striker. He has a space warping affect that surrounds him and allows him to boost his strength, deflect attacks, fly, change the weather, and other effects.
Backstory
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Defender has been a stable of the PRT since he was an up and coming Ward.
