Weird birbgirl who kind of just showed up one day. Probably seen flying around, with various accompanying phone videos/pictures on the New Parahuman Sightings thread on PHO.

Very pale skin, silvery hair, down to just above shoulders Blue eyes.

Two pairs of wings. Main pair between shoulder blades, fifteen foot wingspan. Secondary pair at small of back, twelve foot wingspan. Light Grey with white, black, and grey speckling, kind of like an owl.

Short, 5'5". Fairly skinny, lithe look due to more efficient muscle tissue.. Torso musculature looks a little bit off due to supporting her wings. Lighter than she looks, bones are dense yet hollow. Low body fat, high metabolism.

Short attention span, easily distracted, especially by shiny things. Poor impulse control. Plus, she's kind of a troll. She likes messing with people in a goodnatured way and teasing them. Not malicious, though. Usually. Rather vindictive if pissed off.

Bike riding, how to drive stick, some basic cooking skills, singing, decent at racing games. Also speaks spanish, not that she knows it. These will surface when there's a reason for them to, but until then she doesn't really remember that she has them.

Case 53 trigger: Area Aerokinesis, capable of producing sustained gusts of up to 35 MPH. Air 'held' in position can be pushed through by anything capable of overcoming the force threshold. Precision control allows for mimicking of sounds after enough practice, or muffling. Ability to sense air currents/movements in approximately 1 block radius grants her a pseudo-thinker awareness of her surroundings. When she remembers to. Her altered biology also lets her attain 40 MPH in level flight by flapping her wings, and grants her a minor brute rating (Durable bones, more efficient muscle tissue, healing times cut in half). Better than average eyesight and hearing in a broader range than human normal, along with improved sense of altitude and direction.
